Our client is worldwide leader in information technologies with products that include hardware, software and services. They have a requirement for an Procurement Business Analyst to work in their Santa Clara, CA.

 

Job Description

 

  • Work very closely with ServiceNow Finance, Procurement and internal IT operations team to understand business requirements and then partner closely with  IT development team for creation of Business Requirements, Functional Design
  • set-up design configuration for SERVICENOW CATALOG
  • Create APIs to integrate to external vendor websites and with internal SAP Procurement

Requirements:

  • Education BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related disciple required;
  • Advanced degree a plus Ability to interact with all levels of business users (end-users/executives)Working knowledge of end-to-end business processes about procurement, receiving, accounts payable and Internal IT
  • Experience with any Saas procurement software experience like with Coupa, Ariba, Concur etc. or experience with SaaS billing software.
  • ServiceNow experience is a big plus

 

Position logistics:

 

  • Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the US
  • Contract position: 6 months Contract
  • Local candidates strongly preferred, Onsite interview is a must
