Sr. Business systems analyst - SFDC

It's a 4-month contract position and only w2 candidates are considered.

Duties:
Hands on experience on SFDC/Steelbrick CPQ
Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud/ Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud
Work with business analysts to understand our CRM implementation and provide support
Triage & troubleshoot issues reported by business users
Develop and unit test solutions, and
Support QA and deployment of break/fix release
Perform hands-on triage, troubleshooting, and bug fix development of SFDC application
Rapidly analyze and breakdown complex business information into technical process components
Perform business process modelling, user experience modelling, and basic technical architecture diagramming
Interact with business users to solve their issue
Leverage on thorough understanding of business and system processes to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements

Skills:
Lead/support SFDC Project Implementation, Change Management and Service Desk function
Manage projects life cycle, define the scope, timeline and resource requirements
Conduct as-is systems analysis, elicit business requirements, define use cases and user interfaces, and create test plans in collaboration with business users
Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, training, documenting and deploying SFDC functionality
Focal point of contact to coordinate and manage communications between application developers, vendors, business users and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast agile based environment
Other duties as assigned
