Japanese Speaking ServiceNow Analyst- JO # 15607
Our client offers a broad range of electronics, power and industrial equipment and services, particle beam therapy technologies, automotive products and consumer electronics with operations throughout the Americas. They have a requirement for a Japanese Speaking ServiceNow Analyst to work in their Brisbane, CA facility.
- Native Japanese who is fluent in both English and native Japanese (native Japanese is mandatory)
- ServiceNow experience as a either a Project Manager/ Technical Analyst/ Functional Analyst/ Tester/ is very knowledgeable on the SN platform
Work extensively with users and business stakeholders to
- roll out new SN projects
- maintain and support existing SN projects and the current platform
- do translation
- Must have ServiceNow experience or any exposure to a task management system such as Remedy, Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce is acceptable.
- Ability to translate Japanese to English.
- Ability to perform QA tasks, troubleshooting tasks, and understand IT technical conversations
- Manage IT and non-IT projects.
- Experience working at all levels of the business
- Location: Brisbane, CA - strongly prefer local candidates
