Our client is an American mobile voice and audio-processing company. They have a requirement for a Desktop Support/ AV Support to work on the contract in their Milpitas, CA facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • HD Ticket Triage
  • RMA Activities
  • New Hire / Termination Activities
  • AD – add / remove users from groups and DLs
  • Archive/replace hard drives
  • Printer / monitor issues
  • Install Software
  • Install License Keys
  • Monitor Nagios Alerts
  • Conf. RM Ops – AV & VC
  • Cisco VC Rooms
  • Zoom Rooms/ Meetings
  • Mixer for Mic & Speaker systems
  • Management using Zoom Portal
  • Account Management & Call quality debug using dashboards
  • Desktop App troubleshooting
  • Hardware device management
     

Skillset

  • Windows experience
  • Mac Knowledge
  • Basic Troubleshooting Skills
