Department Administrator

Maxonic is looking for a Department Administrator for one of our leading customers in the Medical Industry.   

San Francisco, CA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Office management for dept of approx 15 people.
  • Managing back office operations - HR, Finance, IT, facilities.
  • Data management - familiarity with excel and reporting.
  • EA experience or similar background preferred - scheduling/calendaring
  • MS suite.

Position logistics:

 

  • Candidate must be currently authorized to work in US for any employer.
  • Job Location : San Francisco, CA
  • Duration: 2 Months contract
