Finance Manager

Conduct financial planning and forecasting; create budgets; establish accounting systems and processes for analyzing and reporting financial information; ensure accounting processes follow legal requirements; develop cash flow statements; monitor cash flow; prepare financial reports as required by law; monitor metrics and key performance indicators; analyze data and review financial reports to determine ways to maximize profits and reduce expenditures; evaluate current accounting processes and financial reporting systems and offer suggestions on improvements; provide financial insight and analysis to assist management with improved financial decision-making; and work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for future growth.  Requirements - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and three years of experience in accounting or Bachelor’s degree and five years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in accounting.  Work experience with GAAP, Quickbook, MS Excel, SAP ERP, financial reporting, and accounting/financial data analysis. Rate of Pay:  Range $133,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who knows how prospect and develop new business and to manage and grow existing accounts for Maxonic. Account Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with Maxonic Business Partners, Sales, and Talent Acquisition to bring Staffing Solutions to our clients


  • Actively generate and qualify high quality sales leads from multiple sources
  • Generate, own, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with customers at all levels, including those at the C-level
  • Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect and develop new business
  • Focus on actively acquiring and onboarding new customers
  • Call on accounts in your sales territory as well as prioritize sales activities in the accounts in an active sales cycle
  • Provide prospective customers/clients with all products, solutions and services offered.


  • 1-5+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition in the staffing domain.
  • Well versed with IT/Technology staffing
  • Experienced in New Client Acquisition: Direct Clients, VMS and in generate business from them.
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking)
  • Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
  • Adherence to Ethical business conduct
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Broker / Consulting Agencies. (Candidate screening, compensation, and contract agreement negotiation).
  • Experience working with work visa candidates.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • VMS experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • You must be currently authorized to work in the US to be considered for this position.
