We at Maxonic have dedicated VMS Account Managers who are the single point of contact for every program we service. These Account Managers are responsible for collaborating with the program leaders and onsite contacts to identify best practices in order to service the account effectively. They spend their workday aligning their goals to match that of the program to exceed Service Level Agreements. We develope an innovative approach to address each program differently as every client is unique.
Proactive Searches
Using Business Intelligence Tools And Predictive Analytics, We Anticipate Client Requirements And Focus Proactive Searches On Those Requirements.
Internal Database
The result of our extensive proactive searches is an internal database containing tens of thousands of pre-qualified candidates, most of whom are not available on job boards.
Process
We use a comprehensively documented qualification processes that speeds searches, helps prevent misunderstanding (logistics, rates, etc.) and ensures that all information about a client requirements is thoroughly understood and communicated.

Maxonic is not only dedicated to delivering workforce quality, but also adhering to industry leading compliance. Our Compliance team runs regular audits to ensure the account management team which services various VMS programs adheres to all contractual agreements which include and is not limited to things such as rigorous background checks, drug tests, employment history verification, education verification, etc. Maxonic is an e-verified company and in compliance with ACA. The compliance team also ensures that all insurance certificates are up to date and always in adherence to client agreements.
