3. Recruiting and applicant information
Submitting information to Maxonic does not guarantee employment, an interview, an assignment, or presentation to a client.
Candidate information may be considered for current and future opportunities. Where appropriate, we may share relevant professional information with prospective or existing clients to evaluate a potential placement, assignment, or engagement. We will not knowingly present a candidate to a client where prior authorization is legally or contractually required without obtaining that authorization.
Employment-related decisions may involve recruiters, hiring teams, clients, service providers, and legally permitted screening partners.
4. SMS / text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box (or otherwise give express consent), Maxonic may text you. Candidates may receive messages about job opportunities, interview scheduling, application status, onboarding, and assignments. Clients and prospects may receive messages about inquiries, scheduling, and service updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also email info@maxonic.com or call +1 (408) 739-4900.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform and carriers) that help us deliver messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of purchasing services. We keep a record of your consent (date, time, source, and wording) for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Maxonic website does not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party analytics cookies, and does not set its own cookies. When you visit our Contact page, its contact form is provided by our CRM provider, Zoho, which sets strictly necessary security and load-balancing cookies (such as crmcsr, deleted when you close your browser) and records form-usage statistics (such as views, submissions, and where a visitor stopped) on our behalf. Job listings link to our applicant tracking provider, Ceipal; pages hosted by Ceipal are governed by its own cookie and privacy practices.
Because the only cookies involved are strictly necessary, we do not display a cookie consent banner. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking the Zoho cookie may prevent the contact form from working.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser opt-out signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this section and provide the required consent or opt-out controls before they are used. Questions: info@maxonic.com.
6. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Clients or prospective clients evaluating candidates, personnel, projects, or services.
- Recruiting, payroll, benefits, onboarding, background-screening, and workforce-management providers.
- Website hosting, communications, analytics, security, cloud-storage, and technology providers.
- Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
- Government agencies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required or permitted by law.
- Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
Service providers are expected to use personal information only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate safeguards.
7. Sale and sharing of personal information
Maxonic does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including recruiting and future opportunity matching, client and workforce administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the relationship involved, applicable legal requirements, client obligations, and operational needs. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
9. Security
Maxonic uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe information you provided to Maxonic has been compromised, contact us promptly at info@maxonic.com.
10. International processing
Maxonic operates in the United States and India. Personal information may be accessed, processed, or stored in countries other than the country where it was collected. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Where required, Maxonic uses appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for international transfers.

12. Children’s privacy
The website and Maxonic’s recruiting services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the website from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@maxonic.com.
13. Third-party websites
Our website may link to third-party websites, job boards, or services. Maxonic does not control and is not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the applicable third party’s privacy policy before providing information.
