5. Client and professional-services inquiries

Staffing, recruiting, workforce, consulting, and professional services are governed by separately executed agreements. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement between Maxonic and a client, candidate, employee, consultant, or contractor, the signed agreement controls for the subject it covers.
6. Maxonic SMS Program (Maxonic Recruiting & Client Alerts)
Description: Maxonic, Inc. sends text messages to candidates and consultants about job opportunities, interviews, application status, onboarding, and assignments, and to clients about inquiries, scheduling, and service updates. Opt-in: by checking the SMS consent box on a Maxonic form or otherwise giving express consent. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.
Frequency: message frequency varies. Cost: message and data rates may apply. Opt-out: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) to stop. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to rejoin. Help: reply HELP, email info@maxonic.com, or call +1 (408) 739-4900.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, icons, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Maxonic and protected by intellectual-property laws.
Maxonic grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for its intended purpose.
